What does poor posture look like?

How does posture relate to exercise performance and the PFA?

How do you fix this?

  • Rack Pull/Face Pull Superset : Here, you use the rack pull to strengthen your glutes (which aids APT) and strengthen your upper back muscles (which aids rounded shoulders). The face pull also works the upper back and external rotators.
  • Split Squat/Hip Bridge Superset : With this superset, the focus is solely on the glutes as you get them to fire up and re-align your pelvis.
  • Plank/Side Plank Dips Superset : Next, the focus is firmly on your core as you get into plank position and keep your abs tight, with your lower back flat. The side plank dips are great for strengthening your obliques, which many people neglect when trying to correct their APT.
