At Officer Training School down at East Sale you will train to be a RAAD officer. Airforce PT is expected to be easier than Army PT. We've broken this down for you to give you an idea of what you can truly expect!

  • 3 hour PT session each week (You can expect 1-2 of these).
  • Smaller remedial PT sessions after your field phase.
  • Battle PT in preparation for your field phase.
